Serve as the lead for organizational policy governance, regulatory readiness, and quality-related compliance activities. Partner with Quality, Patient Safety, Compliance, Regulatory, and operational leaders to ensure alignment with accreditation and regulatory standards (e.g., TJC, CMS) and to support survey readiness and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, Nursing or other clinical discipline, Business Administration, Quality Management or a closely related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a hospital or health system.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement.
  • 3–5 years of experience in policy management, regulatory compliance, or accreditation support.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical administration.
  • Demonstrated experience with Policy development, review, approval, and document control processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with Regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., TJC, CMS).
  • Demonstrated experience with Survey readiness activities, audits, or tracers.
  • Demonstrated experience with Interdisciplinary collaboration with clinical and non-clinical leaders.

Responsibilities
