The Policy and Compliance Specialist for PCL Constructors Inc. will ensure that Human Resources and Professional Development policies and compliance practices are up to standard and aligned with applicable legislation and regulations across North America and Australia through research, review, and evaluation. This role requires an individual to lead critical analysis of relevant information to inform strategic advice and options on policies and practices that support the organization's strategic direction.
