About The Position

Polestar is expanding and has opened a new showroom in NW Downtown Washington, DC. They are seeking a detail-obsessed, performance-focused individual to join their team as a Polestar Specialist. This role is crucial in providing an innovative and unforgettable customer experience, educating and inspiring visitors about Polestar's advanced electric vehicles, and building long-term customer relationships. The Specialist will act as a brand ambassador, embodying Polestar's culture and behaviors.

Requirements

A minimum of 6 months experience in a progressive, client-oriented retail environment
A valid driver's license
An acceptable driving record
Ability to work evenings and weekends

Provide a tailored experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agenda
Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions
Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and services that Polestar offers
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers
Schedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing process
Act as a role model of Polestar’s culture and behaviors
