About The Position

As a Poker Cashier at Aria, you will support daily gaming-floor operations by facilitating chip redemption and sales for guests and team members. You will complete transactions accurately and securely, maintain required records, and follow company policies and applicable Title 31 guidelines. The role also involves helping patrons in a fast-paced environment, balancing the bank at the end of a shift, and supporting poker tournaments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of prior cash-handling experience.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform chip redemption and sales for guests, Poker Runners, and Floor personnel.
• Accurately complete electronic and manual transaction logs and secure records of transactions involving company assets.
• Use judgment and multitasking skills in a fast-paced gaming environment and provide patrons with general information as needed.
• Balance the bank at the end of each shift.
• Issue or surrender poker safety deposit boxes, provide patrons access, and establish new patron accounts in accordance with Title 31 guidelines.
• Provide buy-ins and re-buys for poker tournament participants and assist Poker room supervision with paid patron participation totals.
