In addition, providing clinical information regarding the use of medications to healthcare providers and the public throughout APDIC’s designated region. Providing information and treatment advice to callers regarding toxic exposures or potentially toxic exposures. Creating and updating the electronic medical records created by these inquiries. Providing educational information on toxic substances and drug substances to callers. Assisting in the education/instruction of professional students and residents. Other duties as assigned.
