About The Position

As a Podcast Booking & Social Media Intern, you will help us grow by identifying and connecting with business owners and professionals who may be interested in becoming podcast guests. You will communicate with potential guests through phone calls, email, and messaging platforms, introduce the podcast, qualify potential guests, and schedule podcast appointments. This is a commission-based internship. Interns earn $25 for every qualified podcast appointment successfully booked. You will also have opportunities to assist with social media and other marketing activities related to the podcast.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Interest in podcasting, marketing, or sales

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Experience with CRM software

Responsibilities

• Reach out to business owners and professionals through outbound calls, emails, and messages
• Introduce the WOW Brand Podcast to potential guests
• Identify and qualify potential podcast guests
• Schedule qualified podcast appointments
• Follow up with potential guests and maintain communication
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and appointments
• Assist with podcast-related social media activities
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives
• Build professional relationships with business owners and potential guests
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
