About The Position

The Finance Transformation team is establishing a Copilot Activation function to accelerate value-driven adoption of AI across Finance. The POD Lead will lead a rotating, embedded delivery team (‘POD’) that partners directly with Finance business units to redesign end-to-end processes using Microsoft Copilot. This role is accountable for delivering measurable productivity, workflow transformation, and sustainable adoption—moving beyond training into real workflow and agent deployment.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5+ years in Finance, Transformation, or Consulting
  • Deep understanding of Finance's core processes, including GL, reconciliations, close, or FP&A, Management Reporting
  • Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and productivity tools
  • Experience in process redesign, automation, or digital workflows
  • Understanding of AI governance and risk considerations
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Ability to lead in ambiguity and drive outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end POD mandate across Activation, Explore, and Sustain phases
  • Define engagement scope, use case backlog, and value targets
  • Ensure delivery of embedded Copilot-enabled workflows (not standalone training)
  • Lead a cross-functional team of Copilot SMEs and business partners
  • Act as primary interface with Finance leadership and functional heads
  • Translate finance processes into AI-enabled workflow opportunities
  • Partner with Technology, Risk, and Governance to ensure alignment
  • Oversee design of prompt libraries, workflow patterns, and Copilot-enabled agents
  • Drive standardization and reuse of solutions across Finance
  • Ensure focus on capacity creation, automation, and elimination of manual processes
  • Track adoption, workflow deployment, and value realization
  • Synthesize insights to inform enterprise scaling decisions
  • Identify repeatable opportunities across LOBs
