About The Position

The PMS Product Connectivity Lead owns the day-to-day stability, performance, and operational accuracy of critical Oracle PMS product connectivity across the enterprise ecosystem. This role ensures Opera PMS and connected products work together reliably by monitoring connectivity health, leading L3 incident resolution, driving root-cause fixes, improving performance, and maintaining operational knowledge. The Product Connectivity Lead executes within the architectural guardrails and connectivity strategy set by the Director, Property & PMS Product Connectivity Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • 8–12+ years in integration engineering / platform operations / enterprise system integration.
  • Demonstrated ownership of production stability and incident resolution.
  • Experience working across vendor + internal teams under tight release timelines.
  • API integration patterns, message orchestration, error handling, retries, idempotency and troubleshooting distributed systems: logs, traces, correlation, performance analysis.
  • Secure connectivity fundamentals: auth, secrets, access patterns, data protection principles and strong documentation discipline (runbooks, KBs, operational playbooks).
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following disciplines required: PMS, Opera V5, Cloud, Various Integration types API, OHIP, OIC, Oxi Etc…

Responsibilities

  • Own the health and reliability of PMS Connections (monitoring, failure modes, message backlogs, imbalances, recovery).
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively (hotspots, systemic failure patterns, scaling constraints).
  • Maintain connectivity readiness across environments (STG/UAT/PROD) with clear go/no-go signals for testing and releases.
  • Lead on the design and configuration approach for connectivity workflows, APIs, and interfaces within the approved architecture, providing consultative guidance and validation.
  • Implement changes that improve accuracy, resilience/scalability, and operational recoverability.
