About The Position

Join us as a Planner/Scheduler and play a crucial role in optimizing our field service operations. Your focus will be on developing effective planning and scheduling our service teams, ensuring they deliver timely, high-quality preventative maintenance and other O&M services. You'll be instrumental in integrating cutting-edge scheduling technologies and methodologies, enhancing our productivity, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in service planning and scheduling, ideally in the BESS or energy industry.
  • Proficiency in planning and scheduling software and analytical tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain planning and scheduling processes for O&M field service activities.
  • Coordinate with field service technicians to deliver clear, practical, and well-organized schedules.
  • Analyze contractual agreements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of field services.
  • Communicate with clients to understand and integrate their needs into our service plans.
  • Uphold safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in all field operations.
  • Implement advanced scheduling tools to optimize resource management and service delivery.
  • Manage solar and BESS plant portfolios, coordinating with the O&M teams to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Hire and manage subcontractors for O&M activities when internal resources are not available.
  • Foster team collaboration, encourage continuous learning and technical improvement.
  • Ensure the O&M team is well-trained and equipped.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage site reports in alignment with client agreements.
  • Evaluate O&M vendor performance and develop O&M processes and documentation.
  • Review contracts for comprehensive O&M requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct annual preventative maintenance services with clients.
