About The Position

The PMO Project Supporter role involves implementing and maintaining organizational programs in support of the U.S. Army Mission. This position requires working with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting, and assisting with tactical planning using resources like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project. The role involves regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, project analysts, and leadership. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects, including planning, organization, decision making, and problem solving
  • 1+ years of experience in DoD Program Management or Acquisition Management
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
