About The Position

As a PMO Support, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced PMO Support who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the U.S. Army Mission. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and more and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, project analysts, and leadership. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects, including planning, organization, decision making, and problem solving
  • 1+ years of experience in DoD Program Management or Acquisition Management
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with the U.S. Army
  • Knowledge of financial analysis or cost analysis
  • Knowledge of contract administration and contract deliverables
  • Knowledge of proposal development
  • Ability to adapt to changing client priorities
