About The Position

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a PMO Project Manager to join their National Security Team, supporting the intelligence community. This role involves providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video, and collaboration services. The PMO Project Manager will work directly for the Contract Program Manager (PM) and support various tasks assigned by the PM, Deputy PM (DPM), and the customer. The position requires a minimum of 5 days per week in the office at a government customer site in Chantilly, VA, with no relocation offered.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience (combination of work history and education: doctorate + 3 years, master's + 4 years, bachelor's + 6 years, associate's + 8 years, or HS + 10 years).
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, network infrastructure, cloud/hybrid cloud, and data center environments.
  • Support for Intelligence Community, National Security, or mission-critical government communications programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical projects, programs, requirements, service delivery efforts, and/or complex implementations in large enterprise IT and network environments while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
  • Experience coordinating and collaborating across engineering, operations, cybersecurity, customer, and other stakeholder organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating technical discussions, project reviews, governance boards, customer engagements, and executive-level communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled capabilities to improve program performance reporting, streamline project management activities, and strengthen data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop executive briefings, reports, dashboards, metrics, performance reports, plans, procedures, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow and/or similar ITSM/workflow management tools.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in professional team environments and deliver high-quality results in complex, fast-paced settings.
  • Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph.

  • Working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate with other PMs for timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects, including monitoring and summarizing progress.
  • Provide periodic status updates to the PM/DPM and final disposition to the customer when required.
  • Work directly with senior level managers and coordinate with other departments to ensure project compatibility and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with Service Business Leads and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Prepare reports for upper management on project status and other work as required by the PMO.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project and contract documentation.
  • Manage the quarterly creation of a detailed Program Management Review (PMR) for customer presentation and CDRL delivery.
  • Manage the quarterly creation of a detailed Award Fee and Shared Destiny Self-Assessment for customer delivery and program record.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and well-coordinated responses to customer data calls, RFIs, and ad-hoc requests, ensuring alignment with program requirements, leadership direction, and contractual obligations.
  • Provide support and expertise to the PMO team for government contracting efforts, including contract bidding, acquisition, modification, statement of work formulation, and other program management processes.
  • Apply analytical and financial management skills to develop engineering cost estimates, assess project and contract funding requirements, analyze budget impacts, and support contract funding realignments.
  • Serve as the project manager for the development, implementation, and maintenance of program-wide performance metrics and Tableau dashboards for internal and external reporting.
  • Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and metric definition processes.
  • Prioritize competing requests and initiatives.
  • Drive projects forward with minimal direction.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the iterative design, enhancement, and lifecycle management of dashboards.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Help ensure contract execution follows the personnel and ODC spend plan.
