About The Position

ITTConnect is seeking a PMO Project Analyst to work on site for a client, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client operates in the utilities business. This is a new position supporting a Data & AI portfolio for a major utilities organization. The role helps project managers organize project information, track progress, and prepare updates for business and technology teams. It is a hands-on support role focused on organizing details, following up on action items, and helping projects stay on track. Candidates must be local to Columbus, Ohio, or relocating immediately, and must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or PMO support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to manage follow-ups and work across multiple teams.
• Must be local to Columbus, Ohio, or relocating immediately.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

• Experience supporting technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and documentation.
• Track action items, milestones, risks, and dependencies, following up with team members for updates.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and document decisions and next steps.
• Help track budgets, invoices, and resource information.
• Support project managers with day-to-day PMO activities.
