The Modernization PMO Manager is responsible for establishing, governing, and operating the Program Management Office for a large-scale ERP modernization. This role ensures disciplined program execution through standardized planning, reporting, financial management, risk governance, and delivery controls across all ERP workstreams and projects. The PMO Manager acts as the backbone of the Modernization program, enabling transparency, predictability, and executive decision-making. Working closely with the Modernization Program Director, business leaders, IT leadership, system integrators, and Organizational Change Management (OCM), this role ensures adherence to delivery standards, governance models, and enterprise PMO best practices.
