About The Position

The PMO Lead is responsible for driving governance, coordination, reporting, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement across a global ERP transformation program. The role ensures alignment across multiple project workstreams, adherence to program standards, effective risk management, and successful delivery of key program objectives within scope, budget, and timeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of program and project management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a PMO leadership role within a large-scale international ERP transformation program.
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP ERP implementation; SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of program governance, financial management, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Lead PMO activities across the ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment between projects and workstreams.
  • Coordinate program governance, including Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and status reporting.
  • Manage program financials, including budget planning, actuals, accruals, and forecasting.
  • Monitor and maintain program RAID logs, escalating risks and issues as required.
  • Coordinate vendor sourcing activities, including review and approval of service and licensing contracts.
  • Support integrated cutover planning and execution across all project streams.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality requirements.
  • Administer and maintain program collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and stakeholder communications.
