About The Position
The PMO Analyst will support monthly project budget tracking and forecasting coordinating with a multitude of project team members. Assist Project Managers with project schedules, project control tools and project priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0 – 2 years of progressively responsible project management experience in energy or a related industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (particularly Excel)
- Proficiency in SAP and SQL is preferred
- AI skills or experience
- Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise. (Preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong quantitative, written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work productively with limited supervision
- Strong interest in environmental issues and renewable energy
- Ability and willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
- Familiarity with wind and solar power project development preferred
- Exemplary standards of integrity, honor, safety, management, ethics, quality, and productivity
- Exhibit behaviors consistent with strong leadership and accountability
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budget and cash flow forecasting models on a monthly basis. Requires coordination with project team members and Financial Planning & Analysis department.
- Support the creation and maintenance of internal project management tools such as Project Execution plans, Risk Registers and schedules.
- Support project due diligence process by gathering information from various project stakeholders being requested by Independent Engineers or investors.
- Support in certain process creation or defining Roles and Responsibilities that will make the organization more efficient and effective.
