About The Position

Rite Rug, a leading privately owned flooring company since 1934, is seeking a motivated and innovative individual to join their Property Management Sales team. This role is responsible for managing sales and accounts within the Property Management industry, specifically focusing on selling carpet and hard surface floor coverings to apartment complexes. The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $45,000 to $95,000, plus commission, with the final salary determined by experience.

Requirements

• Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in B2B sales
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and problem solve.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the flooring industry is a plus!
• Experience with Property Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to apartment complexes and the Property Management industry
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products
• Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
• Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
• Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
• Perform other duties as assigned
