We are seeking a PM Room Inspector who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while bringing families closer together while caring deeply about our brand. We want to work alongside someone who acts as an extension of our mission, values, and culture. The ideal PM Room Inspector will be equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator. The purpose of the PM Room Inspector is responsible for the inspection of all areas in a unit and public spaces as assigned. Other responsibilities include the proper inspection of all linens and amenities for the unit, assistance with weekly/monthly inventory and dispatch duties. Upon completion of the unit inspections, reports will be turned in daily to the Executive Housekeeper. This is to be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and operating philosophies of The Dollywood Company. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
