The Reliability Technician III is responsible for supporting asset availability, equipment reliability, and quality compliance for electromechanical manufacturing equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and reliability improvement activities. This position performs routine preventive maintenance using defined work instructions and applies structured reliability methods to help eliminate functional failures, reduce downtime, and strengthen production equipment performance. This role provides direct technical support to Manufacturing Operations, PM & Reliability, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional partners. The technician helps identify equipment concerns, supports root cause analysis, assists with corrective and preventive actions, and contributes to maintenance process improvements in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. The Reliability Technician III is expected to work safely, follow applicable procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and demonstrate Johnson & Johnson Credo-based behaviors while supporting production continuity, safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement objectives.
