About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a PM Ravello Server Assistant (On-Call) to provide dining support in our on-site, modern Italian cuisine specialty restaurant, Ravello. In this role, you will assist with serving food, setting up and clearing tables, polishing glassware, stocking the bar and lounge, and organizing the back-of-house area. This position requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sincere willingness to provide service, possesses good organizational skills, and can function well under pressure. Fluency in English and legal work authorization in the United States are mandatory.

Requirements

Experience working in Food & Beverage

A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
Must be fluent in English
Possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food
Set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver
Polish glassware
Stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
Organize and clean back of house area
Dry goods and operating supplies requisitions
