About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a PM Ravello Server Assistant (On-Call) to provide dining support in their on-site, modern Italian cuisine specialty restaurant, Ravello. In this role, the individual will assist food servers and bartenders with serving food, setting up and clearing china, glass, and silver. Responsibilities also include polishing glassware and stocking the bar and lounge, as well as organizing and cleaning back-of-house areas and managing operating supplies requisitions. The resort emphasizes a service-oriented culture, encouraging employees to embrace the Golden Rule and provide intuitive service with a warm and friendly smile.

Requirements

Experience working in Food & Beverage
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a large team
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
