Proliance Surgeons is seeking a PM&R Physician to join their team. The organization has a physician-led approach with a compensation structure tailored by the surgeons they serve. Board-certified surgeons are eligible to become shareholders after one year, allowing them to shape the company's direction and governance. Physicians also have ownership in Care Center's Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) and ancillary services, participating in specialized compensation models.

Requirements

Board certification in PM&R.
Advanced knowledge in areas of medicine.
Ability to perform surgeries and procedures.
Eligibility to become a shareholder after one year of board certification.
Willingness to actively engage in committees and aspire to board membership.
Willingness to participate in specialized compensation models.

Responsibilities

Managing complex care needs for patients requiring specific care such as orthopedics, ENT, general surgery, ophthalmology, and more.
Treating complex care needs with advanced knowledge in areas of medicine.
Performing surgeries and procedures.
Shaping the company's direction and governance as a shareholder.
Actively engaging in committees and aspiring to board membership.
Participating in specialized compensation models through ownership in Care Center's Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) and ancillary services.
