About The Position

Hotel Equities is seeking a PM Lobby Attendant for the AC Hotel in Kansas City, MO. The primary responsibility is to clean and maintain all public areas, including the hotel lobby and restrooms, to impeccable standards in accordance with Hotel and Marriott Corporation guidelines. This role requires performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents.
Knowledge of operation of various cleaning equipment.
Ability to extend arms, scrub, bend, stoop, stand, and walk in public areas for extended periods of time.
Ability to understand and follow directions, and perform job functions with limited supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, countertops, walls, vents, and floors using assigned cleaning agents.
Empty trash cans and dispose of trash.
Dust all furniture and pictures, clean all windows and glass, and vacuum public areas.
Vacuum and dispose of trash in office areas.
Polish fixtures and mop elevators.
Maintain a clean appearance in stairwells, bathrooms, and the lobby.
Assist in delivering requested items to guests.
Assist in cleaning guest rooms when needed.
Complete all other duties as assigned by a Housekeeping Manager.
Keep work area neat and organized.
Provide general assistance to guests.
