Performs preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery. This role is responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings, and repairing equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at the facility as required. The role also involves lubricating, diagnosing, and operating equipment, working independently and with other team members to complete repairs timely and safely, and completing required daily paperwork, documenting parts and material usage. Additionally, the PM Mechanic is expected to maintain a clean and safe work area, may perform as a backup to a production line worker, and must understand and follow plant safety rules, including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation, using Personal Protective Equipment where required.
