About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-time PM Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items during the evening shift, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Availability to work evening shifts (PM).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards during the PM shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Adapt to menu changes and special requests efficiently.
