This position involves driving a personal vehicle to client facilities, primarily nursing homes, to perform phlebotomy services. The role requires adherence to established procedures for obtaining blood samples, patient identification, specimen labeling, and transportation of Protected Health Information (PHI). The phlebotomist will be responsible for organizing draw schedules, maintaining accurate records, and cooperating with various departments. Additionally, the role requires prompt communication via a company-issued mobile device, maintaining equipment, and performing other duties as assigned by the Area Phlebotomy Supervisor.
