About The Position

RBCI is seeking a PM Integration Lead to support program leadership on the MEDXS contract. The role coordinates technical integration activities, transition planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness efforts. The position is onsite in the National Capital Region (NCR) and is contingent upon contract award. Travel is required as needed, including OCONUS travel as required.

RBCI is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing IT and professional services to commercial businesses, the Department of Defense, and other federal agencies. The company focuses on practical and innovative management and technology solutions, including project management, software design and development, systems integration, business analysis, testing, logistics operations, and financial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum five years of program, project, or technical integration experience.
• Experience supporting DoD or federal programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing schedules and risks.
• Ability to travel OCONUS as required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of program requirements.
• Lead technical integration activities.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and milestones.
• Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive reports and briefings.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications.
• Support transition-in and transition-out planning.
• Ensure operational readiness and continuity.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
