About The Position

Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive, inviting atmosphere.
- Provide customer service, answer inquiries, and assist guests with their needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby.
- Collaborate with other departments to support seamless guest experiences.
- Suggest nearby attractions, dining options, and activities.
- Proactively resolve guest issues or concerns.
- Uphold hotel/resort brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
