About The Position

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati is seeking an enthusiastic Greeter/Cashier to welcome guests, provide customer service, and handle cashiering duties. The role helps create a positive first impression and supports a smooth guest experience in a vibrant hotel environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, responding to inquiries, processing cash transactions accurately, maintaining an orderly cashier station and lobby, and collaborating with other departments. The Greeter/Cashier also offers recommendations for nearby attractions, dining, and activities, proactively addresses guest concerns, and upholds hotel brand standards and a positive team culture.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
High energy and enthusiasm.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
