About The Position

Dunkin’ is hiring PM Crew Members to support afternoon and evening store operations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Shifts begin after 2:00 PM and run through the store’s 9:00 PM closing time, with additional time until 11:00 PM for closing duties as needed. The role involves serving guests, preparing food and beverages, maintaining the store, and completing closing tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak hours.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Must be available to start shifts after 2:00 PM.
• Must be available to stay until 11:00 PM to complete closing responsibilities if needed.

• Prior QSR or food service experience.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Begin shifts after 2:00 PM to support afternoon and evening operations.
• Serve guests quickly and accurately with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized throughout the evening.
• Complete closing tasks, including cleaning, restocking, and securing the store.
