About The Position
Looking to work afternoons and evenings in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? Dunkin’ is hiring PM Crew Members to help keep things running smoothly through the evening rush and closing time. Ideal candidates are available to begin shifts after 2:00 PM and stay through store close at 9:00 PM, with additional time for closing duties until 11:00 PM. If you're dependable, energetic, and ready to end your day on a high note, we want to meet you!
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Nice To Haves
- Weekend and holiday availability is a plus
- Prior QSR or food service experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
- Begin shift after 2:00 PM to support afternoon and evening operations
- Serve guests quickly, accurately, and with a positive attitude
- Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized throughout the evening
- Complete closing tasks including cleaning, restocking, and securing the store
- Work collaboratively with other team members and shift leaders
