About The Position

This is a part-time PM Cook position. The cook will be responsible for preparing menu items according to recipes and yield guides, communicating any changes or additions during the shift, setting up and breaking down workstations, and completing closing duties. The role requires a strong work ethic, self-initiative, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to provide excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience as a Line Cook at a hotel/resort or restaurant.
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Friday from 4:00pm until 10:30pm.
  • Food handling certification is ideal. It can be completed on property after hire if needed.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative
  • Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment.
  • Prolonged standing and walking throughout the workday.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
  • Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
  • Communicate additions or changes to the assignments as they arise throughout the shift.
  • Set up workstation with required tools, equipment and supplies.
  • Breakdown workstations and complete closing duties at the end of last shift of the day.
