About The Position

This is a 1099 position for a plumber. The role involves performing plumbing system and fixture installations, repairs, or replacements according to manufacturer's specifications and local building code requirements. Emphasis is placed on jobsite clean-up and customer satisfaction. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check (back to age 18) with no felonies and no misdemeanors involving theft or damage to persons or property. A motor vehicle report check is also required, with no DUIs, DWIs, or reckless driving incidents in the past 3-5 years.

Requirements

• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
• General Liability Insurance
• Worker's Comp Insurance
• Business License
