About The Position

Since 1996, RQC, LLC has been a leader in Design-Build construction, with a national presence spanning coast to coast and a primary focus within the Department of Defense (DoD) market. We are seeking a Plumbing Trade Foreman to join our Field Operations team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of assigned construction crews on a project jobsite-safely producing high‑quality work within project requirements, budget, and schedule, and in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
2+ years as a Foreman supervising the plumbing trade on medium/large projects
3+ years of field or trade construction experience
Demonstrated knowledge of daily reports and look ahead
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required (training available)
Provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
Successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base (if applicable for position being hired for).

Nice To Haves

Construction management/engineering coursework preferred
Government, military, or large commercial experience preferred
Design-build experience desirable
