About The Position

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Plumbing Trade Foreman to join their Field Operations team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of assigned construction crews on a project jobsite. The goal is to safely produce high-quality work within project requirements, budget, and schedule, and in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. The company has been a leader in Design-Build construction since 1996, with a national presence and a primary focus within the Department of Defense (DoD) market.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years as a Foreman supervising the plumbing trade on medium/large projects.
3+ years of field or trade construction experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of daily reports and look ahead.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required (training available).
Provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
Successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base (if applicable for position being hired for).

Nice To Haves

Construction management/engineering coursework preferred.
Government, military, or large commercial experience preferred.
Design-build experience desirable.
