About The Position

Superior Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician to join its growing team. The technician will diagnose, install, repair, service, and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites; handle emergency plumbing work; provide repair and upgrade options and quotes; document completed work; and perform scheduled on-call duties.

Requirements

At least 2 years of plumbing experience.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems.
Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Valid driver's license.
Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements.

Nice To Haves

Journeyman Plumbing License preferred.
Commercial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options.
Install, repair, service, and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites.
Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures.
Handle emergency plumbing services, including water line leaks, burst pipes, and clogged drains.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices.
Accurately document all work completed, including photos, notes, and hours worked.
Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule.
Safely operate and maintain the assigned company vehicle and equipment.
