About The Position

Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is hosting a Hiring Event / Job Fair for experienced HVAC and Plumbing Technicians to join their growing team. They are offering sign-on bonuses of up to $10,000 for licensed technicians and $3,000 for unlicensed technicians. The event will take place on November 18, 2026, from 2pm-7pm at 13400 Mid-Atlantic Blvd, Laurel, MD 20708. Positions available include Commercial HVAC Technicians, Residential HVAC Technician, Commercial Plumbers, Residential Service Plumbers, and Diesel Mechanic.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC or plumbing (licensed and unlicensed candidates encouraged to apply)
• EPA/CFC Certification required for HVAC positions
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely lift heavy equipment and materials
• Willingness to work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and outdoor job sites)
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
