About The Position

Liquid Environmental Solutions is a leading provider of environmentally responsible services for the removal of non-hazardous liquid waste. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our marketing and sales efforts for the Adjacent Services Line of Business. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, ensuring profitable growth and the success of our adjacent service offerings. The Plumbing Services Manager is responsible for leading customer engagement, project execution, and business growth across plumbing and septic services, where applicable. This role collaborates closely with the General Manager to drive operational performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. The Plumbing Services Manager is also responsible for leading and developing a team of plumbers, including apprentices and journeymen, while driving overall team performance and service delivery. This role oversees the development of service agreements for both new and existing customers, provides ongoing coaching and leadership to team members, and is accountable for performance management, including addressing performance concerns and administering disciplinary actions as needed. This position serves as a primary field and customer-facing leader, ensuring projects are executed on time, safely, efficiently, and responsibly while meeting company and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid plumbing contractor license required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge of the environmental services industry is advantageous.
  • Results-driven mindset with a record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and license holder for plumbing services operations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for growth with new and existing customers.
  • Develop proposals, estimates, and service agreements aligned to customer needs.
  • Maintain communication with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns.
  • Represent the organization as the face of plumbing services.
  • Coordinate and oversee service projects to ensure successful completion.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, operations team, and branch staff for execution alignment.
  • Develop service agreements for new and existing customers
  • Assist in job planning, estimating, and resource coordination.
  • Monitor progress and proactively address risks and delays.
  • Ensure all work is completed on time, safely, efficiently, and responsibly.
  • Septic System Experience where required.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety policies and customer site procedures.
  • Promote and reinforce a safety-first culture.
  • Assess job site conditions and enforce proper safety protocols and equipment usage.
  • Address and escalate safety risks or incidents immediately.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to support operational and strategic success.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to branch and field teams.
  • Support performance management, including coaching and disciplinary actions.
  • Managing, leading, and developing junior plumbers (i.e. apprentices, journeyman)
