About The Position

Stan’s is seeking a Residential Service Plumber with residential service experience to join their team in Austin, TX. This role involves performing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, installing and repairing various plumbing components, operating company-provided tools and vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and codes. The position requires a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude, the ability to lift heavy equipment, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with trade school or certification being a plus. All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.

Requirements

  • Previous plumbing experience (apprentice, journeyman, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services in residential and/or commercial settings
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with accuracy and efficiency
  • Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components
  • Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures
  • Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Other duties as assigned
