About The Position
Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains & Electrical is seeking skilled Service Plumbers to join their growing team in Annapolis. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, direct customer interaction, and take pride in delivering quality work. As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for residential repairs, replacements, and drain cleaning, while also mentoring apprentices and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years residential plumbing service & repair (diagnosing/troubleshooting)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Able to work in hot/cold/wet conditions and lift/move equipment as needed

- Fixture and water heater replacement
- Experience with ServiceTitan
Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of residential plumbing service (water heater installs/repairs, fixture replacements, drain cleaning)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers
- Keep truck inventory stocked and organized
- Complete paperwork and process payments accurately
- Mentor apprentices and support team development
- Occasionally participate in on-call rotation
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
