About The Position
We’re looking for a Residential Service Plumber in Midland who takes pride in their work, treats customers the right way, and can confidently diagnose and solve plumbing issues. This is a great opportunity for a Tradesman or Journeyman plumber who enjoys service work and is comfortable communicating with homeowners and presenting solutions.
Requirements
- Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License (Texas)
- Residential service plumbing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting options and recommending solutions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
- Communicate findings clearly with customers
- Present repair and replacement options
- Deliver strong customer service on every call
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
