Requirements

• Strong plumbing repair and diagnostic experience
• Ability to solder and complete plumbing-related work professionally
• Comfortable working in tight spaces and climbing ladders
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to continue training and assist with training new employees
• Drug/alcohol screening and motor vehicle checks required
• Ability to protect customers’ homes and maintain professionalism at all times

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs and replacements to code
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and explain plumbing issues and solutions to customers
• Conduct thorough plumbing inspections and clearly communicate findings
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly
• Perform invoicing and pricing calculations
• Collect payments and discuss club membership benefits with customers
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and state plumbing codes
• Supervise apprentices when needed
• Keep company vehicles clean, stocked, and organized
