Furr is a high-culture, fast-growing leader in the residential home services business with a legacy of over four decades, serving Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware with top-tier plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical services. The company has over 1,000 dedicated employees and a fleet of over 600 trucks.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential Plumbing management, with a track record of driving revenue performance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
HVAC certification and in-depth knowledge of industry best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
