About The Position

Black Diamond Experts is a growing local Utah-based residential service company specializing in Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. They aim to dominate the Utah market by servicing the Wasatch Front while maintaining a happy and loyal customer base. Their priority is taking care of their employees. They are looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead and oversee their Service department. This role requires a strong leader with in-depth knowledge of residential plumbing, who can ensure jobs run smoothly and motivate teams to deliver high-quality work on time. The manager will be responsible for managing service technicians, coordinating projects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous plumbing experience
• Previous management experience
• Pre-employment background check

• Valid driver's license
• Maintain a clean driving record
