Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in residential plumbing service (field and operations).
  • Proven success managing P&L, KPIs, and high-volume or multi-site operations.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and change management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ServiceTitan or similar FSM/dispatch platforms preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation.

  • HVAC experience is a strong plus and highly valued for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans aligned with revenue, margin, and EBITDA goals.
  • Drive growth through capacity planning, pricing strategy, service expansion, and market development.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking; adjust strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop service managers, field supervisors, and technicians to build a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with leadership on onboarding, safety/OSHA compliance, and technical training programs.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience, including scheduling speed, conversion rates, and reduced callbacks.
  • Strengthen vendor partnerships and optimize inventory to improve first-visit completion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Recruiting, and Finance to achieve growth targets.
