About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer with 3+ years of residential plumbing installation experience. This position is responsible for installing, replacing, troubleshooting, and servicing residential plumbing systems and fixtures while maintaining high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred.
All qualified candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle (MVR) check, and background check.
Candidates must maintain an insurable driving record as determined by the company’s insurance provider.
Driver’s license must be registered in the state that you will be working in.
Must be prepared to handle emergency repair calls and may be required to work on weekends or after regular business hours.
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Must own your own tools to perform the job.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electrical systems is a plus.
May ask for references from previous employment.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications as needed.
Perform plumbing installations in compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions in the field.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding work being performed, recommendations, and project updates.
Coordinate with dispatchers, managers, contractors, suppliers, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job status updates.
Ensure vehicles, tools, equipment, and job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe.
Pick up and transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed to support workflow.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Mentor or assist less experienced team members when needed.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on plumbing systems, products, installation techniques, and safety requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
