About The Position

As a Plumbing Apprentice, your mission is to become a highly skilled Plumbing Service Technician through hands-on field experience and structured training. You'll support experienced plumbers on residential service calls and learn how to deliver a world-class customer experience. This is a physically active, team-oriented role that gives you the chance to grow your skills and build a lifelong trade career. PAY IS DOE: Successful Plumbing Helpers make between $22 and $25 per hour.

Requirements

A track record of commitment and continuous improvement
A valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
Exceptional organization, reliability, and willingness to learn
Clear and confident communication skills
High energy, positive attitude, and a desire to grow within the trade
Comfort with physical labor including lifting, bending, and working in various environmental conditions
Basic tech skills including email and mobile communication tools

Responsibilities

Assist a lead plumber on residential service calls, performing tasks with care and precision
Create positive connections with customers through professionalism and communication
Help prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas
Support accurate truck inventory and job staging
Follow quality checklists and complete all paperwork accurately
Participate in on-the-job learning and classroom-based training
Uphold Goettl’s standards of safety, service, and integrity at all times
