Requirements

Plumbing experience and knowledge required
Plumbing license preferred

Responsibilities

Perform camera inspections of drains and main sewer lines
Follow Cranney's step-by-step Nexstar training and sales process
Identify customer needs and provide professional repair and replacement options
Build accurate estimates and clearly explain available solutions to customers
Provide a professional, consultative sales experience from start to finish
Follow up with customers within 24 hours of completing the job to ensure they are satisfied with the work and address any concerns
