Requirements
- 5+ years of residential plumbing sales service experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to meet KPIs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to safety
- Confidence in recommending solutions and closing sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to understand their plumbing needs and provide customized solutions.
- Professionally present detailed service proposals, product options, and financing plans.
- Deliver a superior customer experience from the first consultation through project completion.
- Collaborate with plumbing technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
- Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options to customers.
- Build trust and long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services that benefit the customer.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work, recommendations, and customer interactions in ServiceTitan.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards, company policies, and local plumbing codes.
