About The Position
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Plumbing Safety Inspection Trainees. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on, experience, and build a rewarding career in a high-demand trade. Additionally, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop your sales skills and product knowledge. Training Start Date: August 3rd 2026. During training hourly - After training hourly + commission.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn a skilled trade
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
- Comfort working in different environments, including attics, crawl spaces, or outdoors
- Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and focused in a fast-paced field role
- A safety-first mindset and pride in quality work
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to learn technical concepts through hands-on and classroom training
- Clear communication skills, verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license
- Mechanically Inclined
- Self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility
Nice To Haves
- No plumbing experience required
Responsibilities
- Spend most of your day in the field—independent, trusted, and on the move
- Perform in-depth plumbing safety inspections (after training!) in and around customer homes
- Help identify system concerns and explain solutions to homeowners
- Complete Level 1–3 plumbing services and repairs once trained
- Communicate findings clearly through written reports and customer conversations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and customer service
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and skill development
- Collaborate with managers to achieve performance goals and KPIs
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked company vehicle
